A 425 lot mobile home community. Scope of work includes site preparation, grading, and installation of utilities to support the new neighborhood. The project features fully paved streets, concrete parking areas, sidewalks, fully ADA-accessible walkways, a site built community center, and a pool. Additional work includes landscaping, signage installation, and drainage improvements to ensure proper site functionality.

The project scope included construction of the new building addition, installation of all associated utilities, upgrades to the fire alarm system, construction of new sidewalks, and expansion of the parking lot to accommodate increased traffic. Work was performed to meet all educational facility standards, safety requirements, and ADA compliance.
